Huge!!
I ordered these for my 20 month old. I actually ordered 2 pair of shoes at the same time both in a size 6. The Pedipeds in the size 6 fit perfect these however were a full 2 inches longer than his foot!! I'm super bummed because he needed them for this weekend. Otherwise, they are really great quality shoes. Exchanging mine for the next size down.

Great sneaks
These are great, ordered them a size up so my baby would grow into them. Easy to get on thanks to the stretchy elastic, and they look really cool
Best. Shoes. Ever.
My 2 year old lives in these kicks! They wear well, look good, and do not leave any marks on his little feet (though he did have to break them in for about a day before wearing without socks). They do run a bit big, but he didn't have any trouble walking in them even though the toe was a little long for him. Definitely worth the money.
