I ordered one size up.
I ordered one size up, size 8. (usually size 7 1/2) It fits perfectly. It does not look cheep at all. I like it.

New Balance 442
These are the ONLY shoes I will wear anymore, and I have 4 pairs of them.
They are light weight, and I get compliments on how cute they are all the time.
Low quality for the money.
The shoes were built like something you could buy from Payless. Thin foam soles with no support. Weak shoe walls that feel like you could easily tear. In my opinion, not worth $50 at all. I could get the same quality at Payless for $20.
