Love these shoes!! They are great walking shoes, and you do feel the tone in your legs. I have had these shoes several months now, and will definately order another pair.

An alternative to the sketchers shape up
I tried on the new sketchers shape up in a store some time ago. I found them to be alright and could see where you would get a work out from wearing them. I did not buy them because of price and I wasn't too sure about wearing them when I went out.
I originally found these when looking to replace my running shoes, New Balance is the only brand that I truly trust. When I saw these were walking shoes meant to tone I had purchased them at the same time as my running shoes.
I have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now when I have been about. I found them to have a nice comfortable fit and once you get used to walking on them they are nice, and you do feel a slight burn. My husband has commented that I walk faster when I am wearing them. I think it is because walking with them is a bit more natural then in regular sneakers.
I recommend these for anyone who wants to walk for excercise or any one who does a bit of walking through the day.

These shoes are great, arrived within a week to Australia they look smart, are comfortable and very reasonably priced.
